What is R.E. Training Videos?

This site rose from the demand of Real Estate professionals needing HELP with using Social Media & the Internet to market their business effectively…and I simply didn’t have enough hours in the day to help all those agents!    It is a blog AND membership site directed specifically towards Realtors (although other business professionals WILL find this information rather valuable!) to help them answer the question WHY…

WHY should I be on Twitter?

WHY should I be using Facebook?

WHY do I need to be blogging?

I think it is more important to answer these questions FIRST so you have a sound strategy or GAMEPLAN for attacking this new method of marketing.  Simply adding a picture on Facebook and adding every friend until you are blue in the face is NOT a strategy!

YES the details & the step-by-step “how-to’s” are important, but if you do not have a STRATEGY with tangible goals in place, you will find yourself spending HOURS on Social Networking sites with nothing to show for it.  I like to show my clients how to make this all RELEVANT for your business!

Who is James Wedmore?

I am just another kid with a computer!  But I have figured out how to make a full-time living with the Internet since I was 15 years old, and today I travel around Southern California (and a few other places across America!) speaking to “offline” business professionals (mostly R.E. agents) about HOW to use Social Media AND Online Marketing in their business!

I was sponsored by Ford to promote the 2011 Ford Fiesta over the Internet, I am apart of an $18,000 Business Mastermind group that travels around the World strategizing business & marketing, I own a Publishing Company, and I just sold my Event-Staffing Company (woohoo!)  My entire family is in Residential Real Estate, (so it’s in my blood!) and I want to show you how you can really make sense out of all this Social Media stuff!

Simply put: RELEVANT content that will help you along your way to Online Marketing Success!  I get a ton of questions from agents so I will be sure to address them…but I also like to share some of the emerging and changing trends and how we can quickly adapt to them.  I will share with you what is working, what is not, AND  how to do it better, faster & easier!

One Final WARNING:

My teaching style is very different from most of these “Social Media Experts” out there today.  I do not ever want to be labeled as a a Social Media “Expert” or “Guru.”  I simply want to show you how to use sites such as Twitter & Facebook as TOOLS in your marketing arsenal!  I do not want to show you how to be “GOOD” at Social Media or how to be “Popular” and get more followers than Ashton Kutcher!  Instead, I will open your eyes to RELEVANT strategies that will allow you to LEVERAGE Social Media with past clients & current clients!  And heck, if you use these sites properly, you just might find yourself finding new ones before you know it!
